why is this so confusing to everyone? This is how it's been every year.. You wait for the names from someone and then u go online.

This year they fucked up, so they made new rosters so 90% of people would stop bitching about how fucked their teams were. NOW they are making it so they are the rosters online so those people will 100% shut up.

This is like FIU last year and how people couldn't play a dynasty or use them cause they were 0 overall. They fixed it and everyone was happy and online/offline dynasties worked fine.

Just be patient and wait.

Everyone...Just chilllllllllllll

Here are the facts...

- NCAA 10 is on the shelves. You can walk into a store and buy it HOOORAY!

- 'The Rosters' are not fixed yet. So when you boot up the game you will feel incomplete

- At this moment there are plans to remedy "The Rosters" so rest assure help is on the way

- If this 'patch' is done, then it's being circulated through first party approvals (i.e. Sony, Microsoft). Understand it's not up to EA how soon it comes out. Submitting patches for games is expensive and it's an elongated process that can take at least a few a weeks or even months pending on the complexity of the patch. So if EA has said this patch has been submitted, then just relax and wait.

Soo, in the end...

- Play the game and enjoy it for now. It's a good gaming experience.

- "The Rosters" are unofficially posted right now but until this patch is ready, I would hold off on starting your OD's or sprinting towards league play.

- Yes, you can enjoy all the game modes without the patch...

- Yes, if someone takes the time to do the names for every 'roster' you can play the game without the patch...

- But I will say this, don't expect to be able to port over the updated "Rosters" when the patch comes out if you plan on starting dynasties, Road to Glories, and other leagues. Generally patches are not Forward compatible, meaning if you start a OD or something today with the busted rosters, and a few weeks later the new roster patch comes out, don't expect the roster patch to fix the OD you had already started. Regardless if you delete the old save file or not, you will be stuck with the default rosters on the retail disk.

i truly doubt it'll take months. They found this issue long before the fiu one and look how quickly that patch came out

it always a week or 2 after street date for named rosters, last yr it took about 3 weeks it seems like because of the same type of patch issue...

well there was the FIU bug last season.
