Coaches are dumb, lets get rid of them.

Billy said they won't be in until 2082. That's another month and half IRL. By then most of the patches for it will be done and should be fine. I've played with it and it's interactive, not necessarily fun but at least you can control your minors coaches and understand wtf is going on.

I'm actually not for or against it but turning the system back on would reward GMs who use coaching to it's fullest advantages and will develop more players in the long run...IMO of course.

I know it's almost 5 months since the last post on this, but I had to go looking for some clarity this morning. Reading this thread gave me my answers as to why almost every coaching position in the minors was empty, and also my ML 1st and 3rd base coaches spots are also empty. I have to ask though, are the Managers at each level included on this? Because every team had a manager, but no coaches.

All coaches and managers are optional so it’s your choice if you think they matter or not
