I don’t want to over complicate it. I am confident if I just swapped two teams or so that it would be a better result than anything else.

Geographical doesn’t fix anything. We want rivalries and stuff people chose. We have North Korea and Winterfell in the league so who cares about realistic geography. I just want leagues more balanced, competitive, and active in here and a minor tweak can fix that

I like the idea of getting to realign as its for sure needed now with Ted leaving. I'd like to get to choose, but as long as the right 2 teams are moved around, I think we can likely balance things out well and move onward. It will only be 4-5 seasons until realignment is up for a vote anyways, so if for some reason people don't like the fixes, they won't have to wait forever.

I always thought Washington was Washington state for some reason.

Have we ever entertained the idea of one division for the league and play everyone the same amount of times? Would that even be possible? If so, how would the post season look?
