I am a tad depressed. I just realized Acosta got left off the HOF ballot from when we switched the years like that last group of guys that we had a thread poll for. I know there are way too many to fuck with me that won't vote for him in that format and I can't even get myself to type the poll

A player who never amassed more than 2 WAR in a single season and went unsigned all of last year being listed in the "Key Free Agents" section should tell you all you need to know about this FA class

he's a declining comp player... you will probably be able to resign him to a 1 year/4 mil deal.
