Guys have issues till I go to help, then they think it is working.

If you guys have teamviewer, let me get in so I can see what you are seeing. If files that we uploaded to stats plus are causing an issue, I need to know that so I can fix them.
I tested them all earlier today and everything worked for me though.

I tried to check for a new file download after doing the fresh install. Figure it would just ignore it because it is current. Instead it tries to download the file on the FTP server, which is the 2018 file. This corrupts the 2019 file, so have to start over. Quick re-unzip, but just a warning to anyone else, don't download a new file, just try to upload to check whether your file is ok.

Overall ratings changed but their actuals did not. I think OOTP tried to correct the nonsense from 18 where not even starting caliber guys were rated 77 and 78. I like the changes
