Get Rid of Comp Picks

a huge majority of leagues do not have comp picks.

From what I have read, as corey stated, many leagues do not have comp picks and the majority state that it is because OOTP does not handle it correctly how if you do not sign a guy this year and it was your comp pick, ootp does not take that pick away from you next season.
They don't want to police it manually, so they remove comp picks all together.

With that being said no, I really have no idea what our voting standards are for passing votes and maybe that is a winter topic in itself.

It seems every vote is 12-11, 9-8....screw you guys.

I thought we discussed this back when Reign was commish and it being 2/3rds. But nothing would ever get changed then

Keep it the way it is. If I offer a guy a qualifying offer and he doesn't accept then my team gets screwed over. Not every team has $30M to spend in FA every year (I do this year and plan on spending).

This. Teams have no recourse if they don't sign someone, or more importantly CAN'T sign someone to an extension.

People have constantly harped that they don't care about giving up a pick for a good FA, so let those people keep doing it.

I think, if we are going to get rid of comp picks, we should switch it so that our draft picks get automatically signed.
