Honestly, I actually thought of that when I was making those pro-Lebron posts last night, and I gave them a little extra something in hopes that Billy would take the bait. But he knows what's up about LeBron, he can't argue it because deep down...he knows.

Haha, I know and I wanted to throw in a more than "he sucks" post that I made but I was a tad bit busy at the time. I did find it funny when you said first he "lost" his jump shot. I mean he has had it for 2 or 3 of his 14 years

During the Miami days, he was pretty easily a top 5 long range 2pt jump shooter in the NBA. Facts don't lie, get your fake news outta here!!!

Ok, so 4 seasons instead of 3. Still calling it a win for me. Also, in Miami he was a 36.9% 3 point shooter with one year at 40, so average. 2 pointers from 16 feet or more he shot 41%. 2 of the years at 44 and 2 of them at 38 and 36. I'd have to dig much deeper but I highly doubt that was a top 5 shooter.

Now, if we are talking about a top 5 of settling for long contested twos that are terrible shots, especially when in a playoff series that starts to slip away then I am sure he is firmly planted in the top 3 and quite possibly the GOAT.

Unfortunately basketball reference does not go back before 2001 with its real in depth shot charts but I'd be pretty shocked if Jordan did not consistently match what Lebron put up in his 2 best years as a mid-range shooter

Ah the old LEbron James quit in the game he put up something like 30 points and 19 rebounds with a triple double in which the common theme DURING the game was that he was trying too hard to force the issue(hence a bunch of turnovers)...THAT'S the game he obviously quit on!!!

Not just the game, the series. His last game in Cleveland before coming back from "college" (god he is stupid) he quit vs Boston, just watch the game. Also, the series vs the Mavs you can not tell me he gave it his all as they were being eliminated in the FINALS!!!!!

Yes, we are not arguing about who is the GOAT because that would be dumb but you did say 2nd best so to get that high we must look at everything.

For Lebron I'd say a top 3 talent, top 10 player.

To steal from Billy...anyone who is not biased or emotional knows that no other human being alive not named Michael Jordan has ever played the game as well as LeBron James has for 14 seasons. Hence, 2nd best ever, not up for debate, it's not close.
