Quick glance, I saw one ballot with Thomas but no Wu. Otherwise, all were both or nothing.

Wasted, explain yourself!!!

For me, Wu's major obstacle is his 995 games played, not whether he was tampered with or not. Thomas is at least on par with most of his peers.

I don't hate this. I rate Thomas higher than Wu. I can see how Wu's short career gets him cut from a ballot.

Ohio will most likely not be voting. He has not been in the game yet.
I need to spend time with him showing him the basics and how things work.

Just FYI.

I guess it's a question of preference, but would you prefer a .900 OPS for 9 years or a .883 OPS for 18 years...

I usually prefer peak type players better, but the difference in performance as well as years comes into play as well.
just saw this now. damn, fair point. for sure take longevity with a tad less stats

is 5% the true HOF % to make it to the next vote? we might need to raise it a lil bit. 5% is only 2 votes out of 30 to get. I'm guessing if it is 5% in real life its also over 400 people (or 20-30 votes) so ya..

nah cause 75% is still 23 of 30 people. Making the HOF should be a accomplishment. The min floor is just to clean up the voting every year. 2/30 is 6% so thatll get u on the ballot next yr. As of right now 17 ppl have 2 votes so theyll all be on next yr.

4 guys are off for time served, plus the ones that are inducted... it's good.. the low-end guys usually don't last more than 3 seasons max...
