I know it isnt like the MLB but something maybe to consider for future ballots, if people get less % vote than before they get taken off. So like Player A 1st yr gets 30%, 2nd yr gets 25%, hes off. No point keeping dudes on the list who will never get in.

also as we see from this data, opinion never really changes. If a dude needs 75% to get in, chances are if they dont get in the first time they wont ever. Telvest started 26%, highest was 37% but still no where close. Elliott has hovered around 44% and now declined. Picket was 50% and drpped. Douglas has been around forever at 39%ish
No point re-adding them yearly if they wont get voted in ever. wastes your time
