shel, can you pm holmey and see if he can put one of the threads back for you so you can get a screen shot?

I am confused after reading your latest post. You make it sound like you are going into each thread and then clicking on read first unread post.

I sent holmey a text too to see if he can work with you.

Not having "view new posts" while you are in a thread is the only thing that bums me out

No, you're clicking on first unread BEFORE you go into a thread.

It is on the top left. It is there on the board index page.
Or as nick posted, you can bookmark to view unread or bookmark to view new posts.

Bookmark it as a favorite and problem solved. You can click on it no matter where you are.

Again, we applied a template, so they, being phpp, the company we use for our site, changed things up in the different templates.

Not an excuse, just need to work together to see if we can find the missing links or at least continue to get feedback and I will work with holmey to see if these are things he can edit and include.

I like it but I don't like it. The no view new posts is a bummer. Gotta go index then hit new posts. But way better theme than before.

How do you bookmark the new posts link?

New post link has to find a way back to every page, or else...

If you are taking suggestions can Holmey add Tapatalk compatibility? I would not need new post link on phone if he can

I don't know if it is confirmation bias, but it seems fast as hell on mobile.

There is now a view new posts link at the bottom of every page per holmey.

No problem.

I updated the first post with the feedback of issues so far.

So far it seems that it is just the first unread post link available for every thread when you are on the view unread posts link.
