j/w.....it seems the haves and have nots are pretty distinct and will remain that way . I suggest instead of keeping all players maybe we can only keep 4 or 5...might make this more interesting season to season.

The purpose of this league is to build an entire team and keep that entire team. If we need to cut back on owners, we may do that. The league is a dynasty league, and dynasty leagues keep every player.

i understand the dynasty aspect of it, but if you look at the teams ranked in the top 5, they will easily be the top teams for the next 2-3 years

if we do drop down to fewer teams, how do we determine what happens to the players from the dropped teams.

even though i am listed as "My Team Sucks", i do keep up and set lineups

In another fantasy league, that is set up exactly the same as this one, I went from worst to first in one season. The top 2-3 teams from last year are not the top 2-3 teams this year. It all comes down to trading and draft picks. I appreciate you setting your lineup every week. We made need to make some changes next season, but the dynasty aspect stays.

i am not against the dynasty part.

not sure on how to deal with shrinking teams, do you put the rookies in a draft and the "existing players" in one and then have 2 drafts, or make one big player pool?

I must say there may be 1 or 2 teams that are somewhat stacked...but the rest are even. Once the waiver wire thing was settled it has been a decent season...a couple of dormant owners though.

Congrats to KY and LGF. Great seasons by the both of you! Hope that everyone had fun, we will have some changes next season to hopefully make the league better for everyone.

I'm interested in finding out what you guys think we should change for next season. If you suggest something, that doesn't mean that it will be done for sure, but if there is enough interest, then there is a good chance. What ideas are there?

First off congrats KY shark to bad you didn't win any money!

Change ideas:

1) Pay to play- simple 20 dollar fee to Paypal will work wonders in keeping guys active all the time.
2) I still advocate somewhat of a redraft. I'd like to look at keeping half the roster and redrafting the rest. Football rosters don't stay the same so why should ours?
3) Maybe add in some sort of salary cap as well before the draft is implemented.

Just some ideas that I think would add interest and revitalize some dormant teams.
