Ok on par - running the option from behind center is on par with last seasons game, as you didn't have the QB acceleration issue when running option out of ace, i forms or flex in last years version of the game.

Where as the spread option, you could not run any designed Qb runs only such as blast, wrap, and to some extend the speed option. Because of the qb acceleration issue out of the gun. Most teams I found in last season's game lacked the speed at HB and Offensive Line to run the spread option effectively out of the gun with the qb not being a true running threat due to the qb acceleration, aside from Oregon which had LaMichael James and Oline with agility and Speed to block the outside edge, and a QB that had enough speed aside from the acceleration issues to get to the edge on triple options to force a decision by the user and AI to either take the pitch man or qb.

Where as this new version, the qb is a real threat as a runner on any team that has a duel threat qb, or even squads with descent speed qbs with the effectiveness of the read option. Also this version allows more teams that have qbs with nice speed to run more triple option, and speed options out of the gun, and some designed qb runs due to this version not having the issue of qb acceleration out of the gun.

That is why I mean on par with last season, and in some ways better.

Ok hopefully that clarified what I meant better.

Now that's an interesting point you bring up. I would say Yes. Only reason being, I wouldn't want to skip out on a season of the league. I've had too much fun in my short time to miss out again.

I screwed up the answer. I was saying Yes I would play with them. My last line says I wouldn't want to miss out on the league, I like it so much.
