You actually have good internet, though. The upload is a little low but I bet you could stream just fine on that and that's usually a good indicator on how strong your net is

That must of been a bad server, tried 3 others in the area and all of them were 25 down and 4.5 up. Went back to the first and it was still the same.

Continuing today's tradition, Sony just shit on me by saying the PSN Store timed out at 71%. I refreshed the PSN Store and it was completely update and now it's giving me a 35 minute approximation to download the whole thing. So if it's going really slow, try refreshing the store

Did it just show up for you guys to download after the pre-order? I pre-ordered last night and today it says it cant be accessed on my account.

I think it is the same here. I am not 100% positive, but I don't think large parts of Manhattan can get it, but all the suburbs can.
