I can't believe it has taken you this long to be done with this bullshit of a sport. I would never pay a dime to watch a PPV for boxing. You can never get the top guys to fight each other unless they are under the same promotion and the sport is boring as fuck.UnTouchable8 wrote:Fuck this bullshit. I'm done with boxing.

Manny out lands Bradley 190-108 in power shots and 250-150 in total punches. I didn't watch the fight but that looks like a clear cut Manny win to me. I do know that Mayweather will be laughing all the way to the bank because of this decision. This assures him of getting 70% of the purse that he was demanding at first.

Teddy Atlas made a great point--Pacmans contract w Bob Arum was about to end and he was apparently thinking about going the route of Mayweather and being his own promoter. Hmmm...

I heard Mayweather put in 3 SIZEABLE wagers across 3 different imates just before the match began.jsence2 wrote:Teddy Atlas made a great point--Pacmans contract w Bob Arum was about to end and he was apparently thinking about going the route of Mayweather and being his own promoter. Hmmm...

Boxing really is crazy boring compared to MMA, only a matter of time before everyone realizes this.uf83198 wrote:This.BigStimpin wrote:Somewhere Dana White is laughing his ass off.

Is manfredo jr still boxing or the guy that won season one. He was a stud.
Re: Boxing: Pacquiao v Bradley (OMFG)
He's done. He's never been a stud but I thought he won season 1 finale... The dude he lost to, Sergio Mora, has had one of the oddest careers ever. He had like 4 fights cancelled and he was off for like 2 years at one point. He beat Vernon Forrest in a big upset but then lost to him and some other bum later on.packsyD22 wrote:

Re: Boxing: Pacquiao v Bradley (OMFG)
Here is something I learned about boxing from watching the contender and googling some guys. Why do the majority of boxers have ugly ass wives?
Edit: I was at staples center for the contender when they had the manfredo rematch with Mora. I've been to a live boxing match and UFC and I actually thought live boxing was a tad better and my seats were both really nice.

I strongly disagree if we are talking about the actual fighting part. Everything else, boxing is a fucking mess.fsupenguin wrote:Boxing really is crazy boring compared to MMA, only a matter of time before everyone realizes this.uf83198 wrote:This.BigStimpin wrote:Somewhere Dana White is laughing his ass off.

Re: Boxing: Pacquiao v Bradley (OMFG)
Same here. I think boxing is a lot more interesting especially in the middle to lower weight classes. Heavyweights can be boring but you always have a chance for the big one punch KO. If you get a MMA match that is of the ground and pound nature it can be boring as hell.trendon wrote:I strongly disagree if we are talking about the actual fighting part. Cause their faces have been pounded on, they have broken noses, 99% have no money and the gf/wife has to deal with all the training and then watching the person they love gt the shit kicked out of them every few months.packsyD22 wrote: Why do the majority of boxers have ugly ass wives?
.
I'd be more shocked if the boxers had an attractive gf
