Week 3 right?

No.

Week 1 had just me playing; week 2 had no user games, and week 3 was this past one.

I'm 3-0 so....lol

We have advanced to week 5.

Texas gets it's first recruiting commitment and it's a HUGE one--the #1 HB in the nation, and #2 player overall.

Everyone has a game this week with the big game being #9 VT (Lytez) at #4 Boise St. Pengy has moved to #1, I've moved to #11.

Texas adds to their already #4 ranked class, as they pick up a commitment this week from the #4 punter in the nation (3* out of Ohio with B kicking power). Not a flashy signing, but one of Texas' few needs. This gives the Horns 2 five-star players and a punter so far.

Texas bitchslaps Iowa State, 84-21. The Horns could've called off the dogs, but ISU kept blitzing the house, and they need to make up some ground in the polls, so they kept pouring it on. Garrett Gilbert went 11/14 for 247 yds and 3 TDs, including a 69 yd WR screen pass, and backup Case McCoy went 9/18 for 133 yds and 3 TDs with 1 INT. HB Cody Johnson went for 294 yds and 4 TDs on 28 carries, and the special teams even got involved with a 99 yd kickoff return for a touchdown. They gained almost 700 yds on just 54 plays from offense.

We have advanced to Week 7.....

Games:

OSU (Kdog) vs Kansas
ND (Oracle) vs Maryland
#4 VT (Lytez) vs Miami
Nebraska (Hollywood) vs Washington
#2 Florida St (Pengy) vs Wake
UNC (MattW) vs Louisville
#23 Georgia (Beefy) vs Tennessee
#15 Michigan (Weiser) at Northwestern
#13 LSU (hugme) at Florida

Bye: #5 Texas

We have advanced to Week 8. Texas picks up a 4* wideout, they didn't recruit him at all, just offered him a scholarship in Week 7 and he accepted. 4th signee of the class for the Horns, with soft verbals from three others.

Week 8 is "On The Road Week", as all but one game for users takes place away from home. Here are the games for Week 8, next advance is THURSDAY NIGHT:

#4 Texas (me) at #23 Houston
Ok St (Kdog) at BYU
# 20 Notre Dame (Oracle) at Utah
#12 Virginia Tech (Lytez) at Wake
UNC (Matt) at #24 Miami
#25 Georgia (Beefy) at Vandy
#9 Michigan (Weiser) vs #18 Michigan St
#11 LSU (hugme) at Tennessee

Byes: #3 Florida State (Pengy), Nebraska (Hollywood)

If it isn't one thing with this game (my issue with getting disconnected) it's another (game freezing mid-game). I think a 2 year old can write better code for this game just hitting random buttons.

We have advanced to Week 9, and things are starting to get tight!

Three teams--#3 Florida State, #4 Texas, and #5 Michigan--sit right in the middle of the National Championship picture, and at least one will go home unhappy....but who will it be?

#10 LSU looks to be on pace to win an SEC Championship, but they have a double test with Auburn and Alabama back to back. If they win, they could face a showdown in the SEC Championship vs #23 Georgia.

#11 Virginia Tech hopes to avoid stumbling and take down FSU in the ACC Championship.

And #16 Notre Dame is hoping that they can pick up some ground and get into the BCS race with some late wins.

The Heisman race is wide open, with running backs from VT, Michigan, LSU and Texas in the top 4.

Games this week:

#4 Texas vs Baylor
OK St at #12 Mizzou
#16 Notre Dame vs USC
#11 VT vs BC
Nebraska at Minnesota
#3 FSU vs Maryland
#5 Michigan at #15 Wisconsin (Game of the Week)
#10 LSU at #13 Auburn

Byes: UNC, Georgia

We advance Monday night!

Texas signs the #1 DT, a five-star out of Alice, TX. This gives Texas a huge presence inside.

They also picked up their second punter, the #7 overall from Piqua, OH.

Texas welcomes 11 recruits onto campus this week for their rivalry game vs Baylor. Things will be much clearer after the week is out....

Michigan manhandles Wisconsin 41-14, but it came at a cost. Michigan loses its Heisman hopeful, HB Vincent Smith, went down during the 1st qtr and is out for 4 weeks. At least his backups stepped up nicely.

Guys I apologize for the delay, going to advance us tonight.

I went to play my game this morning, got past the playcall screen, and my PS3 froze....completely--no hard drive light, wouldn't power off, nothing. I had to unplug it. Then I reload, play my game, with 26-20....and it does the "pan around the stadium and show the final score" bullcrap. So I'm just going to sim advance the game tonight and move us forward, have no desire to play it. Don't even care if I win/lose at this point.

We've advanced. Everyone but MIchigan and LSU have a game this week. No user games.
