Any truth to this?
I saw the CPU miss throw a HB Toss, not sure if that was a small glitch or they got rid of always making perfect pitches/tosses

A couple more things I noticed but will need some more testing...

- The return of the "super-jump." I had a pass about 20-25yds down field that was intercepted by an LB playing 5-7 off of the LOS. My first thought was "nah, he can't get that," which was immediately replaced by "wtf, is this super tecmo bowl?"

- Playing as a DL seems harder. I've never done it a lot, but I was terrible at it last night.

- Long QB setups on some throws. This could be a timing difference from last year. Any time I was in the pocket for more than 3 seconds, it seemed like the QB would take longer to go through his motion. If I ran a quick hitter, I didn't have this delay.

- Some good news, at least so far, the flopping/floating ball when you get hit as a QB doesn't seem as common.

- Good bye hit stick... unless my timing was just terrible, the new tackling system is really going to prevent this. (if it's even still there, I don't recall seeing it once)

- Playing coverage as a DB/LB is MUCH smoother. I was able to track with most routes, with no issues, in M2M coverage.

- Screen blocking is beast. Last season it was fairly easy to split the line and get through to the rb/wr... I'm 0-4 in trying to bust through.

Looking forward to logging a lot of time this weekend. I passed a TON in my first game, which is probably a hold over from last season, so I'll try to focus on the run some more this weekend.

.
im playing bama with fsu and they are winning 24-21. i onside kick and stop ("limit") then on 1st and 2nd down to 8 yards.

3rd and 2 and i stack with a 426 and am brining the heat. they call a screen. i user control the safety cause i smell it...i go racing over to blow it up like i usually do on ncaa11 and get picked up on a great block by the pulling OT. wr busts it 50 yards for the td

was pretty nice

My problems with the game are the graphics during gameplay are chunky. I'm pretty sure this is not final build or at least I hope it's not. When the net goes up after a touchdown it looks like I'm playing back on the first playstation. I only use that as a reference to the rendering not to pin point that specific problem, like saying some teams socks are the wrong color. I wasn't really impressed by any of the changes they made that stood out, i.e. the dreadlocks and stadium entrances. The dreadlocks are just downright horrible, they look like twigs coming out of the helmet and judging it solely on the graphics of the demo had clipping on the edges where it meets the jerseys. Overall I just felt they took a step back in graphics (IF this is the final build of gameplay graphics)

I only played a couple games playing them all on heisman and definitely didn't see as many high scoring games as some have had. Highest scoring game I had was a 14-0 loss and they returned an int for a td. I'm definitely going to have to adjust my timing in the pocket cause I've noticed that the QB doesn't get off the ball as quick as they used to after hitting the button, especially when coming close to being hit. I had a lot of sacks and balls hitting the turf, which is one of the good things I noticed they fixed in this game. If your QB throws it while getting sacked it isn't always just a duck in the air, a lot of times it gets thrown right into the turf depending on where the ball is in the QBs throwing motion.

Don't think they'll have a great matching up of rosters this year. Bet Florida will still have Jenkins.

Working from home and decided to give it a whirl.

Basically the same exact game as last year which isn't such a horrible thing but everytime I play this game I hear Nole sayin his schpiel "not many ways they can actually make it better".

I just want the small things that would be awesome like real time weather online, if I'm playing at night, recognize that online and make it a night game, stadium select for bowls, improve AI for gods sake.

When do we start?? :D

Running under center so far seems even easier than last year was. Now that they have done away with the suction tackles you can really break off some nice runs between the tackles. I ran all over Alabama's defense last night with Florida State which suprised me with how good Bama's d-line is rated.

There is also a Texas-Oregon matchup but yeah you are correct. The game will definitely play a lot different when its Tulsa vs Kansas St which is why I wish they would put some lower ranked teams in the demo for once.

Yeah on the main menu it has Oregon-Texas as the first matchup. Instead of selecting it to play just scroll to the right and it will bring up Bama-FSU.
