we're going to have a nice 3-4 month offseason to charge our batteries and play other titles.

Rest assured guys who cant be bothered to finish season 18 will be demoted for season 19.

Season 18 is equally as important as Season 16 was.

Everyone's in the league for different reasons. Wether its a different reason then when you originally joined, or just plain different reason than your fellow owners.

While I am a big proponnent or letting people 'have their say', expect the bitching, and whining, and "just wondering" type threads to be locked and/or deleted sooner next version than they were this version.

thanks boys
:D

finish strong fellas

I am with Dave on that i don't play enough "video games" to really know what constitues a good video game or not. I like this game, but hell, I even found things I liked about 05.

The way I rate a fun NCAA game for me is how it relates to real football on a stretegic level. I like to think since my life revolves around coaching football and the X's and O's of it that I may know about the game more than a good portion of the league. That sounds like an ignorant thing to say but its my fuill time job really.

With that being said the Offense on this game is much more X's and O's real to me than the defense. The CB's AI in this game is down right terrible. I can't hardly run Cover 2 because the corners wont sink if their isn't a WR in their zone and you get beat deep all the damn time. But offensively I find myself audibling and hot routing to a good play if I am making my reads. I know it sounds dumb but this game has played the best offensively in any version I have played so far.

The problem is the strategy stuff wouldn't most say? To me thats more of a morale thing but we have all been here a long time and its too bad some still don't trust others to turn these features off. Just Ea please bring back stadium select......lol.

O i am actually gonna double post here but I have come to this conclusion about NCAA football. Is NCAA Football 2004 the best version because it had the most leagues and I don't remember nearly as many as complaints.....or is 05 to blame because about 98% of the people hated it that much?

So if that's correct, by my math this thread would be the...

Which further goes to show you don't know what you're talking about. I'm no longer with EA; haven't been since November. I got a new gig now with another gaming company in an industry that is booming.

Yet, during my time at EA, never did I ever have any say with the NCAA product nor did I lead anyone to believe I had any real input. Just a fan like all of you, but still just as far removed.

So for future reference, whenever these 'Bash EA' threads come up, don't drag my name into the mix.

i am still continually amazed that people think just because VT worked for EA that he had ANY say whatsoever in NCAA or he had any ability to relay our messages to people that would actually listen. (not mean to offend you VT, just saying)

there were over 10,000 employees that worked for the company

Yea really Dave.

We could care less that he works at EA.

I think most of the jokes stemmed from him boasting about his EAness. :D ;)
