While it won't make Avery Bradley miss 2 FTs down the stretch, it represents what Vegas/Costa Rica thinks of what will happen.

Basically, they are supposedly trying to get 50% of action on the line. Making KSU -1.5 last night against the #1 team in the nation SCREAMS that Vegas is taking a stand. They aren't wrong when they take stands, and that is something you'll learn if you pay closer attention to this sorta stuff.

yes, you play both games and both have to win (tie = loss) and the payout is usually around even I would think (not an expert on teasers at all)

Payout is even. If its a three or more play teaser sometimes ties will count as a push and make it a 3 or 2 (drops the push out of the bet)
