So I'm meeting with the tattoo guy today to discuss a possible half sleeve.

Ive always wanted one and figured a nice gift to myself for the promotion would be to finally get it. Going to take forever and cost a ton and that little pain factor as well.

Anyone have a sleeve and any tips besides trying to get wasted before hand so it hurts less??

most places wont do it if you're wasted cause it thins your bloods or something like that

Yea some tattoo guys don't want you to drink or take any pain medication or anything but some don't care. Take 2 or 3 shots of something and your good to go. I would say smoke but I doubt you smoke lol

I have a half sleeve on my right arm of a koi fish and water. I have a picture somewhere I just need to find it! What were you trying to get a half sleeve of, theme wise? I would research and see how other people did it and then print out some pictures. Go to the guy/place your going to get the tattoo at and just talk to him and show him the pictures and describe what your looking for. If you bring them stuff they get a better idea of what you want!

Yea I have an idea of what Im going for and this guy that is doing it is pretty bad ass so hopefully he understands my vision.

It will be like an ocean theme as well with some other stuff mixed in such as my birth sign and maybe even throw a little U in there somewhere.

you should get a tazmanian devil spinning a football on his finger with a miami U sign on his chest.

I already have that on my ass. I went with Shel's wife when she got her "shell" one.
