It's fantastic. Especially for someone with a huge backlog of games and their games are new to me.

Uber flat fare deals:
https://slickdeals.net/f/9734708-2-uber ... SiteSearch
Example for Los Angeles:
$10 flat fee for 20 $1.99 UberPool or $3.99 UberX rides (or $20 flat fee for 40 rides).
Must be used within 30 days of purchase.
Fine print for most cities - can't be used for to/from airport. Limit is in the $25-$30 range for a single ride (so a ride under that total value you pay the $1.99 or $3.99). If you go over the single ride limit, you pay the flat fee plus the difference above the limit.
Available cities: NYC, LA, Boston, Chi, Miami, SD, SF, Seattle, DC
Check maps for local cities to see if it covers where you'd go.
Crazy deal if you live in these cities.

This is too soon though.

I've only done a little research at this point because I was curious about putting a TV outside as well (weather is certainly good enough in SoCal) - the options for putting a normal indoor TV out in your back-yard/patio are pretty minimal and most don't seem to work very well. It also apparently immediately voids the TV warranty/protection plans. They sell outdoor TVs but they're crazy expensive. But maybe there are options I haven't come across yet.

It will be under a newly constructed patio cover and will not be getting wet and not too concerned about humidity as much as i would have been in florida.
With that being said I will not be buying the same quality of TV I got in my living room due to any concerns of heat or even if moisture does get in there.
I am using my brother in law as a case study who has had the same 65 inch LED screen first under only a small over hang and now fully covered by a roof out in the Texas heat and winter for 5 years going.
Thats enough for me!

Current deal at Gamestop (until 2/11/18) - $50 extra credit when you trade in PS4, Xbox One, or Switch. Credit only, not good on cash trades. For full credit you need to trade (for PS4 as an example): System, 1 controller, 1 power cord, 1 HDMI cable, 1 USB controller charging cable. The base PS4 (500 GB black version) currently trades in at $120 so this makes it $170 credit on trade. The trade in price will vary seemingly weekly - one week ago it was $150 for the same PS4.
Anyway, right now it means you can basically get $170 credit towards something in store like a PS4 Pro, which ranges in Price from $400 to $450 depending on if you just buy the base 1TB version or if you buy one of the limited edition systems bundled with a game. With the credit, you're bringing this down as low as $230 for a Pro - or if they bump the trade value back up to $150 you could be looking at $200.
Just an option for anyone that has been considering an upgrade. I would expect you'd have a hard time getting more than $170-$200 for a 500 GB original PS4 on some secondhand sale site (Craigslist/Facebook Marketplace/Ebay) considering the 1TB new Slim PS4 (non-Pro) sells for $300 brand new.

The base XBone only gets $50 in trade and the XBone S gets $80.
You'd get $50 on top of that but the trade value isn't great compared to the PS4.

It surprises you that they would drop the trade in value by $30 to give you $50 extra credit in their big deal this week?
Come on, this is basic retail. So in the end, they are giving you $20 more than they were last week, just now, it seems like a big deal.

The $150 base trade plus the $50 bonus were both in place for the first week of the deal. The $150 dropped to $120 because of the number of units they received the first week.
Deal started on 1/1/18.

Yes, but you could buy base XBones for around $180 over the holidays so their retail is significantly lower than the PS4 at this point.

Well it’s about 4 years old now so I get it. The S is in between now and a great system so $80 is laughable.
Don’t NEED an X but would be nice.
I don’t have a PS4 anymore as I enjoy the XB world so much more now a days.
