I am heading out of town till monday or tuesday. I think I will have net, but if I don't I have set my recruiting sim to on. So don't worry about me if I dont do my recruiting. Thanks

We advanced tonight, and we will advance Friday night late to week 2!

We did advance on schedule last night, and we will do so again tonight.

If anyone was wondering yes we did advance, and we will do so again tonight at about 11pm. As you were.

What happened to the last two weeks of recruiting? Suddenly we're in position changes?

The answer is I am a idiot evidently. I advanced like I had done every time in all 4 offseason of my OD and for some reason this time I screwed something up. So yes we are no in position changes. I will wait to advance again till everyone has had a chance to get them done as I believe at least one person is out of town right now.

I get back on Wednesday in the afternoon.

I really got screwed by us skipping recruiting. I had three TE on my list and got none of them--leaving me with ONE on the roster.

I know the feeling, I lost out with a FB, kicker, and LB I really wanted. Maybe I would not have gotten any of them, but who knows.

I recommend when you start your recruiting that you go into your coaching strategies and make sure you set up which positions you want to recruit, either high, medium, or low. Change them as you get specific positions filled so that you if you can't make it certain weeks the computer will take care of what you are looking for.

that's the thing--I still had two scholarships to give. The CPU just didn't do enough to get them. :-/

Again check your coaching strategies. A lot of the times the style of your offense will also dictate how the computer recruits for you. If you have it set to spread it might not rely heavily on recruiting TE's. I am dreading how my team is going to look but I've been down visiting my parents and knew I was going to get boned anyway. Not to be a dick, but I'm kind of glad the recruiting was kind of leveled out for me.

Yes it is. I will be back Sunday evening, at that point we will advance to the preseason. Any schedule requests you have need to be posted here on the thread by Sunday night, and barring anyone asking for a short extension we will move to week 1 Monday night.

I'd like to play Alabama,Florida or LSU. One of those 3 and only BCS conference opponents.

I would like to have Duke moved to the Sun Belt.

That's possible, right?
