Indiana should fire Crean immediately after the game and grad this Wichita St coach in the locker room and offer him the job.

I have Wichita St in my final 4. They missed so many 3s today but they are so well coached and move the ball so well and hit free throws. Really fun to watch them

There's a lot of rumors that Crean is already done and it's going to be a mutual parting of the ways. They'll break the bank to try and get Brad Stevens. But if they don't get him I'd love for them to get Marshall.

I'm sure I'm in the minority, but I preferred having the games on one channel and letting the network flip to the close finishes for me

I am not in your minority. I love being able to watch any school when they play, and not worry about showing the closest school in the area.

Pretty sure he meant closest to the finish/not a blowout

Plus Weasel doesn't have cable, so he only gets that one channel

Not sure what you mean Seeit, as I still prefer having more than just one channel.

And I don't have cable either. Wiziwig all the way!!

I really like how the Midwest bracket played out for the 2nd round. Both schools in each game are very close in distance, some in state, and some nice matchups you rarely get to see.

Cincy is 100 miles from here; UK is 60.

Cincy fans have talked so much crap for so many years about how they want to play UK every year, how we're scared of them, etc.

Well....be careful what you wish for

EDIT: Also just noticed it's the only region without an upset so far

That talk was big 15-20 years ago... when UC was a consistent top 25 team. Huggins vs Late Pitino/Early Smith era. It's a totally different world now.

Speaking of upsets... There hasn't been one today. i was looking at it earlier, and figured it would straighten itself out, but there still hasn't been one, and we only have 2 more games left. Dayton is gonna have to knock of providence to make it happen.

Wonder when the last time there was a first thursday/friday without one...?

i take back my other post, i prefer watching shitty basketball with cool endings. at least for a a few weeks in march
I was talking to one of the guys at our event today, and he it reminded my why I thought Hunter was so familiar. He was the coach at IUPUI when they came to Miami for a tourney. I had the visiting team, so I ended up talking with him. He was a really nice guy, and seemed like someone you'd wanna play for. Then I found out that he had played at Miami, and it made it that much cooler.

I couldn't place him, but he seemed familiar, and now I know why. Even cooler that his son is playing for him

Would be the first time since the field expanded to 64 teams, that the rd of 64 had a day without a single upset.

That being said, the announcer jinx is officially in, and Dayton is a damn good team, playing in Columbus, I'd guess we wake up to a Dayton win. But who knows
