I see that.

I like the idea of going to get the young guys from other squads, where they are under utilized, and giving them their shot. I definitely think it could build the 2 way loyalty. Plus, anyway we can get more balance, I'll take it.

In my book, this has been the best off-season ever and I've never been more excited about an upcoming NBA season. Only shame is that I'm EST and I'm going to be up crazy late nearly every night.

We were all excited when we had a future of Butler/Whiteside and that dynamic but then that was taken away.

Lets give it a try for some entertainment with a Paul/Butler combo with our boy Herro saving the day!

Not saying Paul and Butler would work perfectly, but I feel like mostly in the past season or so, Butler has had issues with younger guys who he felt weren't committed to going all out to put in the work to get to the top of their game. KAT, Wiggins, Ben Simmons...those types of guys.

Call me crazy, but I could see Paul and butler coexisting pretty well, without any stories of how much they hate each other.

Plan for OKC is that CP3 “doesn’t play a game in a Thunder uniform,” looking to move him soon, per @wojespn

CP3 to toronto for Lowry cmon Masai do itttt. Lowry a expiring iunno if CP3 is.

CP3 has 3 years and $120mil left on his deal including a cool $44mil in 2022.

CP is a negative trade asset

i can't imagine anyone taking him back unless OKC is attaching a first with him

to me its like a long winded 3 way trade where they wanted a first for Westbrook but couldn't get it from Miami so they took Paul and 3 firsts so they could turn around and deal Paul with 1 or 2 of those firsts to complete the entire deal

if its not Miami, the only places i could see would be Detroit and again i can't imagine he wants to be in Detroit

Big time issues from what I gather.

He looks like that team mate that is all "gritty" and "tough" and grrrrrrrrr you aren't playing hard enough but i am get in your face fella.

That rubs a lot of people the wrong way but it also has a place on a team depending on the team make up.

Granted I dont know any random polls from former teammates that mention whether they like or hate him.

Both Paul and Butler fit this mold.

Again, it could all go wrong, wouldn't be the most surprising thing in the world.

But both Paul and Butler are notorious for being hard working, so I could see them kinda teaming up and being buddies, but wreaking havoc on the rest of the team.

I can see Wade coming out of retirement for one last go around if Paul/Butler happens.

Just for fun!

C'mon now... we all know the Knicks are due to screw things up.

The Knicks had 5 rotation players play in Summer League and didn't make the Summer League playoffs.

Heat vs Pels playoffs tomorrow at 5:30!!!
