Does anyone still need more time to get there bowl games in? If not then I will advance today for lunch.

By the responses I received no one is planning on leaving the current head coaching job?

Is anyone in danger of losing their positions. I mean I understand everyone announcing they want to stay at their position, but if the school doesn't accept them back with a contract, are you going to allow them back or do they have to sign a contract with another team? Just seems like what's the point of the contracts if people are just going to return.

Also, so you know, if someone's school doesn't want them back, the only way to put them back at their school, I believe, is to have them retire from the dynasty and then you invite them back. This is because of the contracts. This then would effect their coach pretige and loyalty.

Steves right, if your school dont want you back you'll have to go with whatever you can get.

I agree if there school doenst want them back then they need to move on, does everyone else agree?

So when I advance to the off-season, is coaching contracts the first thing that is dealt with?

I agree to an extent, I haven't seen yet if UM is keeping me. I did win every game I played with them. All 3 losses were sims. I know thats my fault, but I thought this OD was about playning with the team you want.

Coaching contracts are the first thing we will deal with. As Matt mentioned before, most people get the option to stay at their school or move to one other school. If you know someone wants to stay at their school, you can force them to stay to keep things moving. If someone hasn't stated they want to stay, then either you need to hunt them down to see what they want to do or let them sign on and take care of it themselves. In my OD, I made posts when people were up or IM'd them.

It is, but also people wanted contracts to be an added fun element to the league. I guess there is 2 ways to look at this if your school doesnt want you back, move on or it sounds like there are ways you could stay at your school.

When I advance will I be able to see if current coaches are being fired and who might have offers from other schools?

There will be an option called Coaching Carousel or something like that. It should state who is up and list if they can stay or what other job they are offered.

Talked my 91 Rated Impact Safety into staying for senior year, but the losses on my team are going to be huge:
Used a redshirt on my top rated WR going into the season, he will be back for the RS Senior Season (mid 90s speed)

Starting QB (Impact)
Starting FB
Starting WR
Starting WR
Slot WR
3rd RB
Backup OL
Starting LB (Impact)
Starting DT
Starting MLB
Starting DT
Starting DE
Starting CB
Nickel CB
Punter

and our DC was let go (too bad that didnt happen in real life  )

Couldn't talk my running back into coming back which was shocking considering he wasn't but an overall 82. Left me with one decent running back and then whatever I sign. Probably have to throw the ball a lot more next season, which doesn't do me any favors.

Bad news for me David Wilson is going pro (not a shocker) Good News is that my stud Sophmore DE Collins is staying and LB of the Year Taylor is staying for his senior season :)

I spent 3 hours on talking people to stay and I had 1 stay instead of transferring and another one decided to go to WMU instead of playing a good amount of time this season. His loss! My punter left to but ehhh I dont really care that much about him.

Looking forward to using my back up RB Gregory next season. He is just not as good as Wilson but can still be dangerous.

How does everyone like their team for next season? 7 people are ranked which is awesome looking forward to seeing how next season plays out! :)

Breakdown of who left:
Starting RB (Heisman Winner)
Starting FB
Starting 1, 2 and 3 WR (yea i know I will be not throwing that much next season) lol
Starting LT
Starting LG
Starting RG
Starting RT (Maybe I wont be running next season) lol
Starting LE
Backup DT
Backup MLB
2 Backup CB (hardly played)
Starting FS (All American)
Backup SS (Transfer)
Starting K
Starting P

Arkansas talked their 92 rated RB into staying for his senior year. He was ranked #5 for the Heisman last season. Qb stays but lost 3 great WR's . My goal is to make it to the SEC Championship game this season!

I think the next part is accepting Transfers, do you guys want to wait 24hrs for the next advance or do you want me to skip over the Transfer part?
