The KLPGA did that, but the actual LPGA doesn't do that. So that might be where the confusion is. He hit 2 tee shots and lost the ball, so he was essentially teeing off again for his 5th shot. Then he somehow started playing with the wrong ball along the way, hitting that ball a couple of times. Then realizes the ball isn't his, he gets a 2 shot penalty and has to go back to tee off again. I lost count at this point, but he was essentially on the tee hitting his 8th shot for that hole...something like that.
