i have $46 mil out in offers but they just wont sign. Im even offering compensation guys so long as I keep the first i couldnt give two shits about a 2nd. Now sign before they drop!

All of my contracts come with a 12 pack of Labatt's, look how many guys I have signed

No kidding it is watered down, you are drinking Bud Light. The only beer more watered down is something like Michelob Ultra.

Contract Czar review from last sim:

Javier Trevino was signed to an illegal contract. His 2nd year team option did not include the required 25% buy-out (buy-out was $0 on $2.46 million for the 2nd year).

All other contracts this sim deemed valid.

my bad. release him and ill resend. I had to go over other offers because i might of forgot buyout. ugh.

If there is a way to edit contracts, I would support that if the contract is only missing the 25% buy-out, it just be edited in. It doesn't seem that the missing buy-out would be a "benefit" in signing the player.

Other contract issues where the option amount is too high, that makes sense for release and attempt to re-sign.

Just my thoughts though.

i swear the rule was under 5m there was no buyout % but its all good. if Corey wants make it a 1M buyout.

In the past we have edited the buyout,including deals I have made, as this would not affect the actual signing IMO unlike the player options and the discussion the other day. I can edit this.
