Someone just informed me that John 16:33 is when "Jesus wept" which is all kinds of laughable.

I stole this from another post and might just piss off all Husker fans.
Section 3. Reviewable Plays
Side Line, Goal Line, End Line
Article 1. Reviewable plays governed by a sideline, goal line or an end line include:
a. Scoring plays, including a runner in possession of a live ball breaking the plane of a goal line.
b. A pass ruled complete, incomplete or intercepted at a side line, goal line or an end line.
c. A runner or pass receiver ruled in or out of bounds.
d. Recovery of a loose ball in or out of bounds in the field of play or an end zone.
Passes
Article 2. Reviewable plays involving passes include:
a. A pass ruled complete, incomplete or intercepted anywhere in the field of play or an end zone.
b. A legal forward pass touched by an ineligible receiver.
c. A legal forward pass touched by a defensive player.
d. A fumble ruled on the part of a potential passer. (Note: If the on-field ruling is forward pass and the pass is incomplete, the play is not reviewable).
e. A forward pass or forward handing ruled when a runner is beyond the line of scrimmage.
f. A forward pass or forward handing ruled after a change of possession.
g. A pass ruled forward or backward when thrown from behind the line of scrimmage. (Exception: If the pass is ruled forward and is incomplete, the play is not reviewable).
Miscellaneous
Article 3. Miscellaneous reviewable plays include:
a. A runner judged to have been not down by rule. (Note: If a runner is ruled down, the play is not reviewable).
b. A runner's forward progress with respect to a first down.
c. Touching of any type kick by any player.
d. The number of players participating by either team during a live ball.
e. A scrimmage kicker beyond the line of scrimmage when the ball is kicked.
f. Clock adjustment when a ruling on the field is reversed.
g. A fumble recovery by a Team A player during fourth down or a try and before any change of possession.
There was no play call to be reversed thus the clock cannot be changed nor can it be reviewed in the first place to check on time left on game clock. per NCAA rules.
Will the refs or NCAA admit they made a mistake !

Whether it was 'reviewable' or not, adding the extra second was the right call so I dont see anyone coming out to say sorry for that

I agree, I didnt want to see Nebraska win that way. However, I would have loved for them not to not because Nebraska would have won but it would have created havoc in the BCS.

Sorry to end your fun Trendon, but that isn't even close to correct.
John 16:33 says, "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world!"
"Jesus wept." is John 11:35.

Can you imagine if McCoy had waited one more second to throw that ball?
He'd be the biggest goat of all time. He'd make Leon Lett look like a knock-knock joke.
Why it wasnt a QB draw or HB dive to set the ball up in the middle of the field baffles me.
Lawrence likes it on the right hash.
So run it to the right.
It was a roll out to the right. McCoy was either going to throw it right or tuck it and get some yardage and put it on the right hash. Things just don't always work according to plan.

Am I the only one who doesn't even wanna watch the NC now cause Alabama is gonna dismantle them?
When Texas plays a good defensive team, there offense can't do shit. Look at Nebraska, Oklahoma.
Now they have to take on Nick Saban and the Tide. It's gonna get ugly quick, especially since Saban will have 1 month to plan.

Wasnt this the same sentiment everyone had when Texas played the "Greatest College Football Team EVER?" Sure they had VY but c'mon the game is played on the field not by us talking heads. I think it will actually be a good game, only time will tell.

Wish I had your confidence

A lot could happen in that month and thats what worries me. We have a lot of guys who are first round draft pick guys and agents will be trying to contact them, they are going back to school as SEC champs and will be treated like rockstars. I hope they wont get in to anything but trouble seems to finds us sometimes.
I do think the UT/Neb game was a pretty good idea of what UT will see on the defensive side of the ball from Bama. NEb has a great defense as do the Tide, only difference, Bama has a hellva offense to match its defense. January cnt get here quick enough.

also side note, last time Bama played in the NC, Bama was the "Texas" of the game and they shit stomped Miami. Ol Rohan Marley said that Miami was going to show them Bama boys ( southern boys, farm boys, something of that nature) how to play football. Colt Mccoy will be a tough QB to face and Shipley is a man among boys (literally). I do see Bama being at least a 7 point favorite and it will head north.

You never know what will happen. I wouldn't be so quick to rule out Texas. Look at how unprepared Alabama was for Utah last season.

Ask Clemson how they felt last year in the first game when Saban had time to prepare. Ask VTech how they felt this year.
Ask Texas how they'll feel in 4 weeks when Saban has them prepared.

Ask Brian Johnson while you're at it.
