Wasn't trying to. A win is a win. The backup didn't do enough to get the win. The starter did in the rematch. It's pretty cut and dry here. But keep arguing so you can say you won the argument

Imagine being the guy ignoring all the actual factors in both games telling the other guy he's jus arguing for the sake of arguing.

Cornell Powers had 6 catches for 161 yards and 1 TD in the 1st game. He had 4 catches for 59 yards and no scores in the 2nd game.


According to George he played better in the 2nd game because Clemson won and anyone who disagrees is just trying to win an argument for the sake of winning an argument.

Imagine getting all those yards and not getting the win....

George thinks Trent Dilfer is better than Dan Marino, and you're just arguing for the sake of arguing if you disagree.
