I just saw the Conley to the Jazz trade, love it for Utah. With the west wide open next year this makes them a real contender. Take some pressure off Mitchell and add some scoring, good deal.

I like Coby White. I'd like to see the Pelicans trade that#4 for the 8 and 10 from Atlanta and get Coby White and Riu (Gonzaga)

No chance of getting Garland.

Not without trading up to 4 but they are rumored to be trying. I would rather get White at 7 but it seems 50/50 at best he makes it past 6

I wish we got to see more of Garland in college. So hard to judge him. Could be the best shooter in the draft, both in catch and shoot and his ability to get his own shot off. Video of him looks as legit as Curry. But how much of that is 'hype tape' and beating up on bums? So tough to tell. He doesn't have elite athleticism, but he does the 1 thing that is supremely valued right now... knock own the 3.

And got rid of Solomon Hill's contract.

i'd probably still prefer Davis but they certainly played the game correctly for the situation and maximized his value

ideally they move 17 and 35 for a vet that can help them. no reason to have 4 rookies on a roster.

if you do keep 17 and 35 then you should probably shoot for the moon and reach on someone like a Bol Bol with one of them that you can let sit back and grow/develop and not need to play or stash a euro guy with upside
