Turner's gotta go.
There are rumors of someone on the team pulling a "Vaughn with Dorn's wife" too.

The smart money is on Paul George.

So apparently just making players go to college for their freshman year is making the NBA a better product and teaching the kids alot...

The rumor is it was Hibbert's wife.

Seems like everyone can put it in the hole better than Hibbert.

Nice incorporation there, high degree of difficulty, pulled it off like a young Mary Lou Retton.

Kyle Korver wants to give you a high five!
Oh wait... that's just a Hibbert shot attempt.

Lebron James had 26 blocks this season.
Korver had 24, in about 500 less minutes
Really, the emoticon should go on the Lebron statement.

I'd say he had less that 5 of his patented chase down blocks all season. those other 20 were probably more like deflections or swipes that are called blocks.
he rarely tried to block shots. he rarely tried to play his normal defense, at all, to be honest and I would guess he was still the most effective defender in the league or at least one of the top 2 or 3 (but I would guess the most)

Can't speak on the second half or final numbers, but around mid season, lebby talked about it a lot. He said at the time, all of the metrics suggested he was basically average defensively this season.

they were, his metrics were the worst of his career pretty much
the heats metrics were average as well.
in the 4th q of close games they were like top 3 or something in all defensive metrics.
i wasn't being very scientific or objective, i was just saying he's the best defender in the league... when he tries. but i agree, he wasn't this season

Ah gotcha, then yea, I agree.
There's definitely all kinds of evidence to support the Heat "coasting" for this season.

So would you say theoretically that they are a frustrating team when they have to turn it on instead of the regular season "coasting" and arent playing their best in a playoff scenario as well as we know they can?
Just hypothetically of course.

Vogel almost has to change up the lineup, its a little silly to think he hasn't already.

Hibbert has to sit. No question. This next game is must win because they aren't taking two of the last three.

He kinda has with Hibbert's minutes, but he has no reason not to make more changes at this rate
I always find it funny that the coaches get fired and not the GMs in spots like this.

Blake Griffin has become quite the NBA player. That shot he hit with the shot clock expiring with under a minute to go was big time last night.
