Ouch, rough game to blow for Raptors. Calling that timeout on a 10-0 run with that place rocking was so unbelievably stupid

That game had it all. One of the better Finals games I've seen.

Kawhi was gassed. he turned and asked for it.

Lots of people saying they saw Kawhi point to Nurse as he was gassed.

Makes sense if so but I didn't see it.

GSW open -4 same as Game 4. no KD, no Looney.. probably same result as Game 4.

i know it doesnt matter cause at the end of the day reality > hypothetical but Toronto shot 3/18 from 3 at one point and lost by 1.

All I want is the same thing I ask for every NBA postseason, and it's still in play.

NBA Finals game 7 - by far the best event in sports IMO.

I really wish GSW was full strength with how good Kawhi has been and Toronto hot heading into the series.

Would probably be a better series then what we have had so far imo.

Only good game was this one. The rest was just watching GSW get gassed and rely on Shaun Livingston and Iggy to make shots and Klay miss an entire game.

the Durant situation is so depressing it’s hard to even enjoy the games

We’ll never know the full story but to me it’s borderline negligence to allow him to play if he had any sort of Achilles injury prior, which seems like he must have.

it doesn't change your overall point, but I think it was originally a calf strain/tear but I was reading that injuring your achilles makes logical sense with the muscles/ligaments that are overused to compensate for the calf injury.

Just my gut, but I've felt it was an Achilles the the whole time and GSW wasn't being clear about it. It looked that way on the initial injury and with each update I fel skeptical. IDK how one relates to the other medically, but I was never convinced it was just a calf strain.

Its one thing of what the Warriors are telling the media. Its another of what they told him.

If they advised him it was an achilles or even a calf strain that could lead to further risks like an achilles, explained risks, and he still decided to play thats far from negligent.

Being that KD isnt the quietest of fellas, I am pretty sure we will get more info as time goes on.
