Re: 2092 Season Thread - The Wolfe of NDLB
New Slack channel #polls created. I would like to use this channel for Winter Meetings voting from now on. The polls will be anonymous unless otherwise stated. Limit 1 vote per person.
There is currently a poll open right now for increasing the QO. Obviously this one has to be complete by the time rollover happens so I figured we could try it out now. Feedback welcome in #ndl.

Definitely do not like the polls on slack. May look nice right now but come off season when there is 5 or 6 polls it will be hard to follow the conversation about a particular topic.

I knew Bly was depressed in Bollywood but that’s extreme Hips!
Re: 2092 Season Thread - The Wolfe of NDLB
Discussion can (and should) be done in the thread of each topic. Also, I just realized this offseason that anyone with an OOTP forum account can vote on our stuff. They don't even have to be in the league and I could not find a good way (without complete forum admin access) to see who voted.GeorgesGoons wrote: ↑Tue Jul 12, 2022 7:42 am Definitely do not like the polls on slack. Will there be a new room for each poll or do you have to reply in thread for each one? If it's the last one then I say stick with the forums. A lot of us do not get on Slack for much more than draft chat or PM's for trades.TheGobOne wrote: ↑Tue Jul 12, 2022 10:10 amDiscussion can (and should) be done in the thread of each topic. Re: 2092 Season Thread - The Wolfe of NDLB
No just a new poll for each one. The thread acts as a room basically. This way I can also keep tabs on who is actually voting on stuff.GeorgesGoons wrote: ↑Tue Jul 12, 2022 10:18 amWill there be a new room for each poll or do you have to reply in thread for each one? Seriously though, now you can see the daily sim update through slack, as well as polls, trading, and drafting. What else is the forum used for other than general discussion when it comes to this league?

Damnit. I just downloaded at 9:30, did a bunch of updates, and there was a sim before I could upload!

I thought we passed age limits for each level?
It used to not let you export because there were people over the age limits at certain levels, now it doesn't even prompt you

Do you even know what the poll is for?
Re: 2092 Season Thread - The Wolfe of NDLB
Burnaby is now open. If you have anyone you know who would like our league let me know. If not I'll head to my usual spot to fill.
