The unlocked feature in recruiting? Did he not know that existed?

ok I think I kind of understand it. I think it means that if there are only a certain number of teams left, and you use the unlock feature, the glitch automatically boosts you to 1st on the list. That's what I took from his post at least.

That's not a glitch, CPU does it all the time, and you can too.

It's a key feature if your fighting for a recruit sometimes, if you time it well it can allow you to beat out another school that each week has had a bigger recruiting bonus.

fixed that for youfsupenguin wrote:It's a key super lame feature if your fighting for a recruit sometimes, if you time it well it can allow you to beat out another school that each week has had a bigger recruiting bonus.

Not sure if you're serious, but if you are, I agree with Nick.fsupenguin wrote:It's a key feature if your fighting for a recruit sometimes, if you time it well it can allow you to beat out another school that each week has had a bigger recruiting bonus.

Sorry but I said it to you before and I'll say it again...it's lame
It's one thing if you keep trying and you get locked out. It's another to try to "time it" to jump back to 2nd.

You can cry about, or learn to use it, cause the CPU is going to use it against you. I've used it one time when fighting another user for a recruit in the other OD, I'm sure Jason remembers the recruit. Seriously guys, this isn't a secret, it's right there at the bottom of coaching points recruiting tree. Still if y'all want use of it to be outlawed I don't really care.

Re: 2015 NCAA OD Y1 W9 (10/3)
It must have been a secret to me, becuase I never heard of it till today. I thought it was to be used to get back into the battle after you were locked out, not "time it right" so that you could get an advantage. Not only are you better than everyone else playing the game, but you also have to use some BS method to get recruits??

Re: 2015 NCAA OD Y1 W9 (10/3)
Like I said I've used it 1 time is wasteds old OD. I see nothing shady about it at all. But whatever, there are no great secrets to anything I do, and I'll of course abide by whatever the commish says.
Re: 2015 NCAA OD Y1 W9 (10/3)
How do you see nothing shady about it? The point of it was to let you continue to try to get the kid, not to magically vault over other teams. It's abusing a glitch in the system, plain and simple.
It's not outlawed but it's still shady.

It ain't a glitch, I guess I just read better than some people. It's not my fault if you didn't read about the features in recruiting and how they could be used. If get it if we started playing this game a couple months ago, but it's been over a year and I'm the only one who knew these things? I'm calling bs on that.

Call BS all you want, but I just found out today. And I did all the tutorial shit and never heard it say to use it to vault teams when you're not locked out. Guess I must have missed that when I watched it over a year ago. But then again, you are God of NCAA, so anything goes for you.

Re: 2015 NCAA OD Y1 W9 (10/3)
I'm going to have to learn a little more about this before I weigh in. Not sure I'm following all this.
I know about using the unlock to get back into the hunt but for what I knew about this you had to be locked out AND be no more than 2000 points behind the last school the recruit was interested in.
Reading some of this, am I understanding you can jump up by using unlock even when you're not locked out?

Re: 2015 NCAA OD Y1 W9 (10/3)
While it might not be a glitch, it's def an exploit. The unlock feature is to get a 2nd chance on a player IF you get locked out. It's not meant to be a "well I'm 1500 behind, so let me slide out of his locked range and then unlock him and jump back to 2nd place on his list" feature. That's how you're using it, and it's lame.

Wasted, he's basically trying to work it to where, when he's fallen too far behind, he will INTENTIONALLY get "locked out" so that he can "time it right" and jump back into 2nd place, usually before his visit, which can then vault him into first place.
