Re: Stadium Modifications
AFAIK distance and wall height are irrelevant. Correct me if I'm wrong?
Re: Stadium Modifications
I think it's the ballpark factors that are entered for adjustments as well as wall height and distance, so you sir, are correct.Neurotic wrote:AFAIK distance and wall height are irrelevant. Correct me if I'm wrong?

There's spreadsheet that you enter the park info in to and it creates the factors, the factors are included in the algorithm for determining the hit.
Why am I here. Damn it. Leaving.

It is up to date as of right now 2/20/2015.
Stadiums:
- Max stadium size is 65,000.
- All seats are considered for the annual stadium maintenance fee of $500,000 per 10,000 seats, applied at the end of the season.
- All domes and retractable roofs carry an annual stadium maintenance fee of $2m.
Stadium Seating Expansion:
$4.2m per 1,000 additional seats.
- Max stadium capacity is capped at 65,000.
- All seats are subject to the annual maintenance fee of $500,000 per 10,000, applied at the end of the season
Stadium Architecture - Dome:
$60m - Must be repaid within 3yrs, with at least 1/3 of the cost paid in the 1st year.
- Subject to annual maintenance fee of $2m.
Stadium Architecture - Retractable Roof:
$80m - Must be repaid within 4yrs, with at least 1/4 of the cost paid in the 1st year.
- Subject to annual maintenance fee of $2m.
Field Type (Grass / Astroturf / Field Turf):
$5m - Flat Fee
- All initial fields are set to grass. Going forward, you may change your type during the offseason.
- Impacts ballpark factors.
Grass (Base) = .990 Batting Avg (R/L); .990 Triples
Field Turf = 1.010 Batting Avg (R/L); 1.010 Triples
Astroturf = 1.040 Batting Avg (R/L); 1.040 Triples
Stadium Wall Adjustments:
$5m - Flat Fee
- Includes both distances and heights
- Keep them with in reason, subject to my approval.
Stadium Name Change:
This change is free, but we ask that you do not change it often.
Revised:
Relocation:
NDL teams are allowed to relocate every 5 seasons.
Team Interest will be set to 100.
Team Loyalty will be set to 20.
Market Size will be set to Average.
There are no fees for relocating, as long as, besides the name, you make no changes to your stadium.
Stadium Size - Total Cost
65,000 = $5m fee + $195m stadium = $200m
60,000 = $5m fee + $180m stadium = $185m
55,000 = $5m fee + $165m stadium = $170m
50,000 = $5m fee + $150m stadium = $155m
45,000 = $5m fee + $135m stadium = $140m
40,000 = $5m fee + $120m stadium = $125m
35,000 = $5m fee + $105m stadium = $110m
**Domes / Retractable Roofs may be added on at a 25% discount of their normal rate.
The total costs may be paid in 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 seasons. If choosing to pay the costs over move than 1 season, then the GM has the option to pay any amount above the average cost per year, in the 1st year, then the remaining years must be paid equally. As an example:
$150m stadium
(Minimum 1st year payment is $150m / 5yrs = $30m)
The GM elects to pay more than the minimum in the 1st season. He chooses to pay $50m. The remaining $100m is spread equally over the remaining 4 seasons at $25m per year.
********************************************************
Omaha
Retractable Roof installed 2033
- 1st year pay $30M (owe $50M) (Paid $30M so far)
- 2nd year $16.667M (owe $33.333)
- 3rd year $16.667M (owe $16.666)

Re: Stadium Modifications
Mine got lost when my last computer died. I'll look for the calculator in my google drive later today
Checked out my google drive and did not have it on there. I deleted a bunch of stuff a couple of months back and that may have been one of them.

Sorry Nick, from what I can tell is I can't just change an entire park as that impacts seating and everything. Make specific changes according to the rules in the first postnick wrote:http://www.andrewclem.com/Baseball/Dimensions.html

I have postponed from adding this while I have some trade talks alive. I'll post if I decide to do this or notwdoupis wrote:Greeks are adding 2k seats for 8.4 million dollars
