Ya know, the one joy of satellite TV are the various college-specific stations they have and these channels replay the weekend's games all week. With that, I have seen five or six Texas Christian games, a handful of Houston games, and so on. Texas Christian is really, really, really for real. One thing I can say without a doubt ... they have the same speed as any team in the country. How deep down the depth chart that goes is the only question.

I do wish we'd rid college football of the BCS so teams who don't play anybody could at least get a playoff.

This has been the most amazing day of college athletics I've ever seen....

Big East 'title game' down to the wire
ACC title game down to the wire
Big XII title game down to the wire
Illinois-Fresno State came won in the final minute on the craziest playof the day

And hell, that's just FOOTBALL--you also had the UK-UNC game come down to the wire, and Wake Forest went to Gonzaga and upset them in a very tight game.

I don't know about that. I've watched this defense get hung out to dry game after game after game. I don't think you know how pitiful this offense has been all season.

They are fast as hell on D and have the playmakers at the right positions on offense to bring some chaos.

System is still fucked and wish they would have gotten in.

I know I've said this 100 times, but after watching this game, I am even more convinced that Colt McCoy is not even one of the TOP TEN quarterbacks in the country, fuck a Heisman winner.

If I am a NFL guy, I take Lefevour, Keenum, and Locker before I even look at McCoy.

Congrats to Texas on a hard-earned win. Was almost ready to say thanks to Colt for throwing it away. What a dumbass play. We'll see how they do against Bama. One thing to see a defense on film and plan for it. Now that they have seen one in person, I think that will help them in their planning for Bama. Not saying their going to win. Just saying that the offense should be better prepared and have more success.

Happy with the Huskers effort defensively. Did everything to win, but put it in the endzone with the offense. Definitely need a few beers to wash this loss away.

I dont know if I'm ready to go that far, but I agree that he is a system QB, very similar to the Texas Tech QBs, with the constant sport passes.

Texas's WRs HAVE to be up there in YAC leaders in the nation.

And Clausen>All QB prospects including Bradford, McCoy, and obviously Tebow, lol.

Why it wasnt a QB draw or HB dive to set the ball up in the middle of the field baffles me.

Man they got so lucky.

What is with the terrible clock management lately at the end of games?? It has been turrible this season and that one ALMOST took the cake from the Grove Debacle by Miles.

It truly woulda been pretty epic, on Colt and Mack's part.

He basically got lucky cause he said he thought there was :15 left, which basically means he just got completely lucky, no other way to put it.
