From south Florida to Arkansas. That's a tough one.
But I like the hire, keep things interesting.

Chris Peterson stepping down from Washington. Strange move to me, wonder if Dallas is his next stop

IMO now Bama schedules that FCS or low tier team for a couple of reasons. Biggest one nowadays is in case SEC moves to 9 games. Easier to work a buyout. Bama the next 10 years home and home with ND, Texas, and Wisc. Plus Miami, USC. This year and last with Lville. They shit the bed. Same with FSU when they were ranked 3 preseason.

Looking at how the committee framed the rankings, I don't think there's anything LSU can do to top Ohio St assuming both win.
Cincinnati dropped ONE spot for losing.
Michigan dropped ONE spot for losing.
Wisconsin catapulted FOUR spots above Florida.
Alabama drops SEVEN spots for losing.
The committee really worked overtime to prop up Ohio St's wins, looks like we get Clemson if we beat Georgia. Meh.
Wisconsin ahead of Florida and especially Bama is just wayyyyyyy too obvious. UF lost to 2 top 4 teams, Wisconsin lost to Illinois. Bama has a tougher SOS, better MOV, better losses...there is no logic to Wisconsin over Bama.

Bama doesn't have a good win though. I'm sure that is where they are coming up with the ranking. At least Wisconsin has some top 25 wins

Tougher SOS than Wisconsin. Didn't lose to a shit team, higher MOV.
And I assume if both win, you'll agree, based on this logic, that LSU should obviously be ahead of Ohio St, right? LSU will have the better wins, like Wisconsin does.

Watching OSU, I believe they are the best team. But that has nothing scientific, just what I see. But I also have seen more games of OSU than LSU.

All of Ohio St's ranked wins are ranked better in the CFP than the AP poll.
None of LSU's wins are ranked better in the CFP than the AP poll.
There ya go.

That literally means nothing to me. Not sure what you are trying to say? Have you watched OSU play this year? More than just a game or parts of games? I honestly do believe they are the best team. I can also say, I watched 1 half of Clemson ball this year as well so my opinion really means absolutely nothing because my portfolio of games watched is pretty small this year.

My favorite part of this entire conversation was George saying how he's watched OSU play and believes they are the best team then admitting he hasn't watched much of anyone else while asking Shel if he has even watched OSU play

Clemson and LSU less than I would've thought for sure.

Utah looking pretty overrated and the QB keeps tap dancing in the pocket leading to some really off throws. Still all aboard the Herbert train for teams missing out on Burrow/Tua, and think he's a lock for a top 10 selection in what is one of the stronger QB classes of recent years

Oregon ruined the PAC 12 hopes of a playoff team to start the year and finish the year. Awesome
