Not once, even going back to my Fighting Amish days, has my team ever made the league leaderboard for offensive numbers. I feel like this is a good sign of things to come. A little personal win for the Stallion franchise.

While being 2nd in the division, only 2 gb, and seemingly unlucky by sabermetrics, the Moose Jaw Diamond Dogs fired their manager Brent Thomas today. Thomas served as AAA head coach for 8 years winning 2 AAA Championships and got the call to the big leagues when MJ's previous manager retired.
Sources say his unorthodox ways didn't go over well with the long tenured vets on the team and his inability to waver on some of his strategies led to his departure.
Moose Jaw is currently near the top in quite a few offensive categories but dead last in runs scored and baserunning which many attribute to Thomas' bizarre ideas.
New manager Hector Heredia gets the call all the way from R ball where he hasn't actually coached a single game of professional baseball but sources say he's extremely personable and will let the players play their own game. Heredia is 47.

Here is an interesting one for you.
Green Bay 3B Davis Suspended: It got ugly on the field today in the Green Ducks and Tornadoes game, when Hayden Davis was ejected for arguing balls and strikes with the home plate umpire. Before he left the dugout area, Davis threw a few bats and a garbage can on the field toward home plate.
League officials thought the Green Bay third baseman went too far and gave him a 3-game suspension.
"Sometimes your emotions get the better of you and you just sort of lose control," Davis told reporters, "but that doesn't mean I was wrong, just out of control."
In 25 games this year Davis has posted a .185 average and put up these numbers: no home runs, 3 RBIs and 11 runs scored.
Hayden Davis is on the INJURED LIST? WTF? Lol...

I noticed in the minors guys are getting put on the IL auto and nothing really changed so I'm not sure if it's the cap removal that did that.
