Humble Bundle Sid Meir sale.

Get Civ 3 complete, Civ 4 complete, Railroads, and Ace Patrol (plus Ace Patrol expansion).

Pay whatever you want!

$1 gets Steam keys.

https://www.humblebundle.com/

You can pay more than the average, currently $8.90, to get Civ 5 and the first Civ 5 expansion.

I many of these humble bundles are great. For this one I just threw $1 at it to get the base games and the Steam keys. First PC bundle I've bought but I've picked up several Android bundles.

Ive dabbled into the PC/Mac options for games since having a computer that can actually handle it but havent caught anything that makes me really want to play it.

Gone Home looked very different and has been getting critical acclaim.

Thats a good one even though I am not sure who reads physical magazines anymore. Almost worth it for the Insider stuff alone.

Great timing, i usually hit up Woot when I get home from work some time in the evening. I'll also check out Monoprice. I originally got 1 off of either 1Sale or Woot for $15, but I'll see what I can find.

Mounted my bedroom 40inch TV, no problem.

A little more scared to mount my 55inch in the living room with it being the centerpiece.

I put my 46" up on the wall and it's definitely not coming down. If you have a stud finder and laser level in addition to the regular tools you've got everything you need. I had to break out the heavy socket wrench to crank the mounting bolts the last inch or so into the stud.

As peay stated, if you find the stud, you know it.
You are not screwing a bolt in with just a screwdriver.

Once mounted, if done properly, the mount itself will break well before it ever falls off the wall.

The hardest part I had was actually finding the stud (no homo).

Maybe I have a cheap finder and need to upgrade to do this project. Also would like to run the wires down inside the wall and cut a hole at the bottom for the wires to make it look better.

That is what I did in my living room. TV mounted on the wall and you see no wires. I have them running in wall to my basement and then over to the corner of the room and up through the floor.
I have my components over in a corner to the right of the couch.
It is nice cause you see none of that when watching tv and looking the tv's way.
