Aaaaaaaaand she’s done.
Curious to see who Biden chooses as his running mate.
And there goes the diversity in the Democrat party. Trump is the youngest one remaining out of the 3 right?
I think Biden chooses Kamala Harris. He'd be smart to offer it to Bernie to help solidify his supporters vote (and vice versa if Bernie gets the nod).

He's leaning towards are female VP and the list seems to include Sally Yates and Stacy Abrams. I don't think it's Klobuchar. I think she'd end up in a high profile role where she has some influence. With that said, none of the females I've seen mentioned do anything to help his cause in the states that he needs to be Trump in and I can't think of any off the top of my head that would help either. Klobuchar would actually be the 1 that I think could get 1-2 of those states to swing.

I forgot about Stacy Abrams. I can see that as well. I think he goes with a minority female.
Did you see that some guy on CNN predicts that Trump drops Pence and picks up Nikki Haley. I'd like to see that

Haven't seen that. I think it makes sense. Not the Pence part of the ticket is relevant to the right, but getting away from his history in Indiana and going with Nikki could potentially steer more votes.

There's a difference between outright lying and just saying something stupid and wrong. This was stupid and wrong.

So what exactly is lying? Saying something wrong is lying. When you have a population of people that get their news and believe it as the gospel (goes for MSNBC, FOXNews, CNN). It is their responsibility to fact check before putting stuff up like that. Americans have become lazy to do any research for themselves

I agree...that doesn't make it a lie.

They had every opportunity to fact check something. It wasn't something that was said on a whim that was false. Them not fact checking something that big is a lie and they were intentionally trying to deceive the uneducated.

It wasn't a lie. It was dumb, it wasn't vetted, but I don't get how you honestly think they put that up there with the intent to deceive. Obviously they looked at it and threw it up without fact checking and it's obvious they didn't even attempt to process it. They went straight to the 'gotcha line.'
There are far better examples of intent to deceive.

perfect time to invest, just hope it doesn't crash that much more.
I saw a guy say this morning that there is no way all the worlds economies have lost 10% of worth (I'm guessing all the major countries markets are down 10%)

While there is some logic in what that guy said, it's misleading. The markets are forward looking and forward priced, meaning they are based on future earnings, not historical earnings. Right now, the future looks bleak with Italy cutting their own economy off at the knees due to the virus, the virus picking up speed in spreading all over and oil prices crashing because of Russia's refusal to cut oil production. That all amounts to "we're headed for recession". Hence the crash today. Oil is really getting crushed... Crazy times guys. But if you're looking long term, there are some relatively cheap bargains out there.
