You can always waive and DFA someone and hope he gets thru.

Can people leave my guys alone on rule 5? I have no ability to get my computer ready yet. We are still trying to unpack and get settled in the new house and I won't be able to get into the program. I sent JD a PM, but I'm sure there are a few guys that I need to protect.

For what it's worth, my list went in this morning before Corey posted the news from the sim.

But I'd definitely protect RF Dave Harris if I were you

I was completely screwed 2 years in a row due to people inactions. That wasn't complaining, it was pointing out the obvious screwyness of the rule 5.

I have to ask. Why wasn't I granted SP Ramiro Fuentes (Sheltown)? He isn't on the 40 man protected roster and he also is listed as ELIGIBLE under the contract tab in OOTP.

Does the 60 day disabled list preclude them from the Rule 5 draft? RF Dave Harris from Seattle was on the 60 day and he is protected....

Will this be the 3rd year in a row that Omaha is screwed in Rule 5?

He wasn't in the draft pool.

You weren't the only one that had him on your list. He wasn't in the pool to be drafted.
