First look, from my vantage point on the video, I'd call it a foul for the push off on the body. In most cases, if you get ball and hand at the same time, there won't be a foul called.. and shouldn't have been in this case. The ref at the top right is dual responsibility with the ref on the baseline (should be bottom left he was on the screen). The 1st one had a clear look at everything, but may not have seen the pushoff or didn't feel it was enough to call. The other ref who had that zone was shielded from the body contact.
