Yeah, Daniel and I were talking about this earlier.
This kid had a VERY bright future, he was a 20 year old Belgian who many people compared to a young Yaya Toure. The VW SUV he was in was involved in a head-on collision, jumped a guardrail and hit a tree, said he died instantly. Just tragic.

Defoe to Sunderland. Altidore to Toronto. 2 of US' better players play for Toronto.

Meh
Not sure Jozy can be called one of our better players anymore. He had one great month right before WC14, and nothing before/after that. He's been atrocious.
The bigger news for you guys is that you're fighting Arsenal to get Sebastian Giovinco. He's a small forward from Italy, plays for Juventus, but he's skilled and fast. Looks like $7m range for him, would be a big get--a player known world-wide who is still in his prime.

Jozy is definitely still one of our better players and he's going to perform in MLS. Barring injury, I'd expect him to be a top 3-5 scorer this season.

I hope you're right, but if they get Giovinco, I don't think he'll be the highest scorer on his own team. He's too lazy. If he ran 50 yards in a match w Sunderland then he put in a hard day's work.

Orlando City takes Cyle Larin from UConn with the first pick in the SuperDraft. Kid is a stud, 23 goals in 39 matches in college, and maybe the best Canadian player in over a decade. Great young duo they have at striker with he and Rochez.
