- After some consideration on the Minors Check rule I posted before, I think it's fair to just enforce the rule we currently have which is to be at a total of 164 players in your organization (not including, IL, DFA, and INTL). That means 164-26 (ML roster) = 138 total players in your minors (AAA, AA, A, SA, and R). Everything else still applies. I will do an AI re-org on your MINORS ONLY if you are over a total of 138 players in your minor league system come Minors Check time. The first one takes place at the start of the sim on May 6th - start of Short Season A - which takes place in 2 sims (on Sunday).

The Beef head out west to face Hollywood. In the second game of the series we will see 2 of the best pitchers in the AL face off when Chamberlain and McGraw take the mound. This has the makings of 2 CG gems from these two guys or they don't make it out of the 4th inning because, well because OOTP is stupid.

I didn't change anything in that area. After this year we might need to re-visit as I think it'll be 3 seasons on the updated settings.

The AL is hitting .263 and the NL is hitting .265. Wasn't that right below where Billy was trying to get? Thought he was going for league average to be .270.

I haven’t looked this year but it’s early. Last two seasons we were at .271 avg and 4.64 era. My ideal place was around .260-265 and around 4.4-4.5.

If Ryan agrees I think we just need to lower hits a very small amount like a hundredth and increase strikeouts slightly by maybe 3-4 hundredths and see where that goes

Ya 3 seasons seems like a good barometer. I’ll discuss with billy after the season ends and we see where we land. Definitely feels like a very slight bit too much offense but let’s let this season finish up.
