Fresh install, unzipped all the folders minus the messages folder (created messages folder prior to opening program).

Still did not work. May need to get JD to help me here as this shit is frustrating as hell.

Definitely will need the accoungsdata.gm file. If anyone can email it to me I'd appreciate it

You are probably still getting them because they are probably on the server. So when you download the newest file, the messages are coming with it.
That is a guess.

What you can do, for next sim, ask Billy to "Act As" you in his game and go in and see if those messages are there. If they are, have him delete them.
Then process his sim as normal.
Then when he uploads the new file, those messages should be gone.
Again, this is just a guess, but something to try.

Same thing for me, I've just accepted I need to delete all knowing I've seen those emails already...

I thought you only had to click on the plus sign?

I already removed 20, so I don't recall, but I thought they plus on the left of the names was added in previous versions. I do remember the drag/drop method as well, so not sure.

i got what was annoying. to me i just go by HOF Monitor and not til late in 20 could u use Sortable list to pick players.. so id have to mentally remember their #s as i went through. this one i just did top 10 in HOF Monitor, all over a specific # and boom, done.
