In your team finance section you can change the sub windows and one is Rule 5 eligible players. Just a alternative to going to the rosters and transactions screen and cycling through minor league affiliates

By my count 9 guys still don't have '17 based on import patterns and what I have heard.

Probably need to reach out to each to get a definitive yay or nay from them so we can make quick plans before the start of the season.
If they're in and stalling, ok we'll keep going.
If 4 or 5 are out, we may need to slow down and figure out how to move forward, but I'm guessing having answers ASAP is key.

"I am busy and will get to it"
"Still thinking it over"
Fair split of 50/50 not including the new guy disappearing already and Kdog still waiting from a technician.
