Holmey, I know you won't be back until Tues, but I don't know what time. I'll be available on Tuesday from about 6PM EST until 11. If we have to go until Wed, I am available about the same time frame.

AF done recruiting.

And holy shit did we get rolled in the sim with Ark on Saturday. I thought the teams were relatively evenly matched on paper but it was something like 49-7.

I must say I am not really happy that we advanced and the user game didn't get played. I know Holmey was away but why didn't I get to play?

I don’t want to control how people have fun but I do want the dynasty to be realistic and make sure everyone has a good time. We have 12 great guys in the dynasty and I would hope everyone stays until the next game drops.

1.) I plan on running the dynasty until the next game drops which should give us maybe 6 seasons
2.) I understand that life does not give you all the free time you would like to have and I do not have a problem giving extra time for people to get there game in (I would like to see how the following guidelines will work. These are always subject to change if needed)
• For USER vs USER games, allowance of 2 extra days if needed to get the game in
• For User vs. CPU, allowance of 1 extra day to get the game in
Last year our son had some issues and I delayed the league quite a bit. But this year I don’t think those same issues will happen
3.) USER vs. USER game--same rules of the NDL apply here
4.) User VS CPU game—this got out of hand last year and not realistic—when playing make sure the outcome looks realistic—last year there were scores of 73-3,87-21, I’m not exaggerating, coaches of the dynasty last year will back me up on this. No way is a USER beating the CPU by 8 td’s on a consistent basis. I hope I made sense here
5.) The Dynasty is setup with coaches contracts, I really don’t know how this will turn out but we will see
6.) USER vs. USER games—if you will not be able to get your game in, then I will let the 2 users decide if you want to allow an autopilot game or a sim…just let me know

Sorry Weiser but I mentioned in the rules of the Dynasty that I would allow up to 2 extra days for for a USER vs USER(Rule #2) and in Rule # 6 I mentioned you need to let me know what is going to happen, I didnt see anything posted and I didnt receive a PM so I advanced

Look, it's over . It's a done deal. But 2 extra days would mean you would have given us to Friday at 2 PM.

And I guess not sending a PM was in my thought process because I made a post that asked Holmey when he could play when he got back. I guess I assumed (and because of my job I should have known better to assume) that you would have seen that I posted and he hadn't responded and maybe said "He hasn't responded, I will either give him a day to respond when he gets back or I will put him on auto."

Just voicing my opinion.

Good point Weiser, I did see your post, but like you I assumed you two might have been talking off the thread. But you did point out a very good point and rule, When it is a USER vs USER game, if one coach post the other coach has 24hrs to respond to the post, no response means autopilot,...For the rest of the season if the USER vs USER games are not able to be completed then they will be simmed, next season though the 24hr rule will go into affect.

The Huskers 1st ever Big 10 game was one to forget, well at least the second half was

Badgers jump out to a quick 10-0 lead but T-Magic rallies the troops and scores a pair of tds . Badgers then scored 30 unanswered starting with a 53 yard fg that I hit the upright as the half ended

Badgers score on their opening drive making it 19-14. Huskers look to be in good shape to regain the lead but a fumble by Robinson would be recovered and taken to the house by Wisconsin making it 26-14. Huskers decided that one scoop and score wasnt enough as they once again fumbled the ball and the badgers would also take this one back for a td making it 33-14.. White would add another td making it 40-14. Nebraska finally got back on track with a td of their own but the damage was done.

Huskers 22

If we could wait till sunday around 10 pm I would be happy. If not no biggie I already did recruiting. Heading to pittsburg for my Brother bachelor party!
