nope, I made the decision in June to switch that to picking your keepers right just prior to the draft, so when we come back next summer, that's when you pick your other keepers. I think it works better that way

plasma1896 wrote:I think 1 week before season starts in reverse order of draft you can make 1 move. then you can go with worst to first weekly during the season. after every team gets there waiver claims in, its a free for all after waivers are done. just to prevent one guy from sitting in front of a computer and grabbing players before other can even get near a computer. have waivers run on monday at like 6pm pst. gives enough time for the mac tuesday games for the week.
to do that, to set up wavier priority, we would have to upgrade to a premier league, which means an extra 20 dollars (not per person, just 20 total). I wasn't sure if we needed to do that or not, what does everyone think? you can go on the site, check out the extra features of a premier league

taking 20 out of the pot wouldnt be bad. i would vote for that. gives everyone a fair shot at getting guys every week.

Why not just everyone send their pick ups via PM on the boards up until a certain point in the week and you let us know if any of us want the same player. Then we can look at the site and see who has the least amount of pickups and that's who get him.

seems like that'd be the logical thing to do, i'd rather not take 20 per person out of an already small pot

Me personally, I'm down with a free for all. But if you guys want to put a little system to work I really like this idea.

That site is ridiculous. Good find guys, its gogi nto be so much easier to keep up with this season than last.

I definately think taking advantage of the in site waiver system is pretty fair and will make things very competative.

Ok, I went ahead and made it a premier league, so its also got a set wavier system. If you see Bigry with two transactions, that's because i made a mistake entering his draft results

I based the priority order on draft order, so BigStimpin is first on it since he has the last pick.

Waiver System: Automated

Visibility: All pending waivers can be viewed by any team

Waiver Order: Custom [view]

Max. waivers per week: 5

Waivers Processed: Every Tuesday at 9:00 AM ET

First-come, first-served after waivers are processed?:
Yes - waiver period restarts every Tuesday at 12:00 PM ET

Any questions?

Also, by moving to this level, there is an option for custom scoring bonuses. Any intersest in that?

"Have fantasy players earn bonus fantasy points by meeting milestones. For example, a 3 pt. bonus for rushing more than 100 yards in a game, 5 pts. for a 50+ yard rushing touchdown, etc."

Sucks for whoever drafted this guy. Never seen so many preseason injuries before in college football.

"The University of Buffalo announced James Starks has a torn labrum that will require immediate surgery and eliminate his last year of eligibility."
