Surprised we use slack when Discord is the same but better and even has an audio portion so during the playoffs ppl could shoot the shit

I thought Corey or someone used it before and didn't like it as much?
And I never looked into it, but will Stats Plus integrate with it like it does with Slack?

We do that on Zoom now, or at least last season's playoffs we did.

S+ doesnt integrate with Discord, yet. Last I talked to Dave, he's working on it, but its not super high on his list. My leagues are only using slack because of S+. As soon as S+ works with Discord, we're outtie.

It eliminates the need for Zoom (which is currently costing $$). Better mobile support. Message retention for free. Easier to switch between different groups (different leagues etc). Administratively it has more control over channel privileges etc. Tbh, the only thing you lose with Discord over Slack is threads.

Gotcha, so for the most part it's the admin stuff that makes it advantageous. Makes sense.

Who is paying for Zoom? I have Zoom for free and can host/share or do anything that we do when we do Zoom playoffs...what am I missing here?
