Confirmed: 15,777
Deaths: 114
Recovered: 0

might wanna wait for some to be recovered before we tout their death rate
I'm not touting it. But if you are going to throw out 4.8% death rate or whatever it was we might wanna put it in perspective. It's not as bad as your numbers show if we get enough testing out there (just my opinion).

what perspective? that no one has recovered yet and 114 have died?
America will probably be around the same range as the world when its all said and done. Italy has a top tier medical system and they got overwhelmed. America is a melting pot of every high risk condition and a laughable medical system from everything we've seen..

Nobody has recovered yet? That's news to me, and probably the CDC as well

Hmmm, WTF is going on there?!?
Health minister De Block did not ban single or two-person sexual practices such as masturbation, anal or oral sex, or even bestiality.

Wait, you're throwing out the 4% number in the same way he is, why does he have to wait for some to recover but the 4% number doesn't?

thats fine. its 0.7% right now.. if you think itll stay that low you're foolish.

Same goes with thinking 4% is a legit number given how many can't get tests.

the scary part in general is the fact the death rate is rising with so many more cases (in 10s of thousands now daily) being added. If everyone who has now recovered itd still kill more people than the Spanish Flu.. and ppl int he active are gonna die.

I don't think old people are dying asymptomatic from this, so I'm guess very, very few people are dying from COVID and having it considered natural causes.

Italy has 978 cases per 1,000,000 people.
US has 98 cases per 1,000,000 people.
Canada has 38 cases per 1,000,000 people.

Took my wife to the ER today. She has been very short on breath and dizzy.
They tested her again for the flu, did a chest X-ray looking for pneumonia, found out she has Bronchitis and finally did a Covid-19 test.
She was tested last week for the flu and it was negative.
Will take up to 48 hours for us to know the results.
And I am working from home. I might be better off going in to the office, but they won't let us.
And Ohio governor just announced all non-essential businesses to close.
But he added a statement to the effect that you are still allowed to do the bare minimums to keep the lights on kind of thing, so we are waiting to see if admin folks in the schools we support will still be working to process payrolls.
If so, we will be working as I work in the department that supports those folks processing payrolls.

Time to use the new convenient excuse for Harvey.
