...seriously though, I still have 0 idea how player development or scouting budgets work. I've tried researching it and I never really get a great answer. I am bad at this.

So who is the best owner to never win now that Webby got his? Niddler is engaged again so I think he has that title. Probably 10 guys are in the league now that have no idea how awesome Niddler was before 2044 or so

Niddler, has to be.

There hasn't been anyone good for long enough recently to really take that spot, so you gotta run with Niddler even if his glory days were 10+ years back.


Plus he has a solid team now, so the next few years we can definitely focus on him as the best to not win it all at the moment.
